About Us

Jodie grew up in Rocksprings and is from a 5^th generation Edwards County ranching family. She is a Tarleton State University graduate, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.  Soon after moving back to Rocksprings with Chantz in 1997, she worked in the Edwards County Tax Office and the Edwards Central Appraisal District, as Chief Appraiser and Tax Collector. During that time, she gained knowledge in researching deed records, subdivision regulations, performing tax calculations and appraisals which was a perfect segue to her real estate business.  In 2005, she and Chantz founded Greene Realty, which is now Greene Realty and Hunting Services LLC.

Chantz grew up in the Richmond/Rosenberg, TX area and graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Services and Development.  Upon moving to Rocksprings, he began working as an insurance agent with Texas Farm Bureau, and still covers both Edwards and Kimble County today. Since 2005, Chantz became a licensed real estate agent and has assisted many of his insurance customers with their real estate needs as well.

Chantz and Jodie have two children, Colton and Gracie. Colton is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership at Weatherford College, and is a member of the rodeo team. Gracie attends Rocksprings ISD and enjoys participating in sports as well as competing at rodeos. 

In addition to serving their community in the real estate and insurance realms, the Greene’s enjoy raising cattle and ranching. They look to a bright future and desire to pass on family traditions by creating a legacy for their children in both the real estate and ranching businesses. They are committed to building a strong family, alongside their businesses, as it is the lifeblood of a healthy local community, Texas and ultimately the USA.

             We have recently brought on a new agent, Paris Gill, to the team.

Paris was born in Louisiana and grew up in a small town loving the country life. From growing up playing in the woods, hunting and fishing, to milking cows, working show stock and doing farm work spending time outdoors has always been Paris’ passion.  After high school Paris left small town living and spent 30 plus years working in the industrial construction industry as a Human Resources Director. Paris graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Houston Clear Lake with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. Paris and his wife De’Ann fell in love with the western hill country of Texas while spending time with their friends who owned a ranch in Rocksprings. After many years of searching, they too purchased a piece of God’s Country in 2013 and relocated to Rocksprings full time in 2024 after spending much of the pandemic working remote. After this time both Paris and De’Ann knew they wanted to get back to enjoying small town living and country life. Going back to the concrete jungle was not part of that path forward. Paris and De’Ann have three children and two grandchildren whom they cherish spending time with although it is limited. Paris and De’Ann raise longhorns and have an assortment of animals that bring them hours of entertainment as they live their dream down their old dirt road. Paris is known for his honesty and integrity. His grit and determination helped turn their dream into reality. Paris is ready to go to work for you.
